MESHBERG

explores mechanical watchmaking through handcrafted dials, independent experimentation, and small mechanical watch projects developed inside a working studio.

A Different Kind of Watch Project

Meshberg is not built around traditional watch industry models.

Instead of large production runs and standardized designs, the project focuses on experimentation — exploring mechanical watches through dial design, engraving, finishing techniques, and independent assembly.

Some watches begin with a movement that offers interesting mechanical character.

Others begin with a visual idea for a dial.

In both cases, the goal is the same: to create mechanical watches that feel thoughtful, distinctive, and shaped by real workshop process.

The Workshop Behind the Watches

Meshberg watches are developed through the same independent workshop behind Rexx StudioWorks and Rexx Timepieces.

This is where dial ideas are explored, surfaces are engraved, finishes are tested, and watches are assembled by hand.

The workshop is not a production facility — it is a small experimental space where mechanical ideas become physical objects through real process.

Inside the Workshop

Dial Experiments

Many Meshberg watches begin as dial experiments.
Textures, engraving patterns, surface finishes, and color studies are explored inside the workshop before becoming part of a finished watch.
Some experiments evolve into full watch projects.
Others remain studies — part of the ongoing exploration of dial design.

The MESHBERG 37 Automatic

The Meshberg 37 series was one of the first mechanical watch projects developed within the Meshberg experiment.

It combines a compact 37mm case with distinctive dial designs and a reliable automatic movement.

While the project originally began before the development of in-house dial work, the watches remain part of the early exploration that shaped what Meshberg would later become.

Choosing Your MESHBERG 37

Each dial in the MESHBERG 37 series carries its own character.

  • Arctic Sky: cool, calm, and airy.
  • Black Eclipse: minimal, graphic, and deeply classic.
  • Champagne Mist: understated and quietly elegant.
  • Pistachio Dream: fresh, playful, and unexpected.
  • Twilight Pink: warm, soft, with strong contrast.

All share the same mechanical foundation — the difference is simply the personality of the dial.

Independent Mechanical Craft

Meshberg exists at the intersection of mechanical watchmaking, dial experimentation, and independent studio work.

Rather than building a conventional watch brand, the project focuses on exploring what mechanical watches can become when design, craft, and experimentation are allowed to evolve together.

Some pieces become finished watches.

Others remain studies, prototypes, or technical explorations.

Each one moves the project forward.

The People Behind Meshberg

Meshberg was founded by Meidan Meshulam, an Israeli watchmaker and creator behind Rexx Timepieces and Rexx StudioWorks.

The project is developed together with his wife Jillian, who helps shape the direction of the brand and its connection to the international watch community.

Together they combine technical workshop experimentation with design ideas, storytelling, and a shared passion for mechanical watches.

Meshberg is an evolving mechanical watch project.

Some ideas become watches.
Some become experiments.

All of them begin in the workshop.
