Returns must be securely packaged and shipped back to us using a reliable shipping service with tracking.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as MESHBERG is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in the same condition as received
• Include the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
