About Meshberg
Meshberg is an experimental mechanical watch project built around handcrafted dials, thoughtful assembly, and a deep curiosity for mechanical design.
What Meshberg Is
Meshberg was created as a space for exploring mechanical watchmaking in a more independent and experimental way.
Rather than following standard watch formats or large production runs, Meshberg focuses on small mechanical projects built around unusual ideas, distinctive dial concepts, and carefully selected components.
Some watches begin with a movement that offers an interesting character. Others begin with a visual concept for the dial. In both cases, the goal is the same: to create mechanical watches that feel thoughtful, distinctive, and alive with process.
How We Work
Meshberg watches are developed through the same workshop behind Rexx StudioWorks and Rexx Timepieces, where dial-making, engraving, finishing, and assembly are part of everyday practice.
Cases, hands, and movements are carefully selected from the global watchmaking ecosystem, while dial design, refinement, and final assembly are carried out through a hands-on studio process.
This allows Meshberg to remain flexible, creative, and focused on experimentation rather than mass production.
What Makes Meshberg Different
Meshberg is not meant to be a conventional watch brand. It is a small independent project where mechanical ideas are explored through real making.
The watches are shaped by workshop process — through engraving, texture, finishing, assembly, and repeated refinement — not by generic templates or large-scale manufacturing.
Each watch is part of an ongoing exploration into what a small experimental mechanical watch project can become.
The People Behind Meshberg
Meshberg was founded by Meidan Meshulam, an Israeli watchmaker and creator behind Rexx Timepieces and Rexx StudioWorks.
The project is built together with his wife Jillian, an American partner who helps shape the brand, its direction, and its connection to the international watch community.
Together they combine technical workshop experimentation with design ideas, storytelling, and a shared passion for mechanical watches.
Meshberg exists as a small independent project where those elements come together into distinctive mechanical watches.
Thank you for supporting independent craft.
