What Is Your Return And Refund Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Do You Offer A Warranty?
Meshberg Timepieces, will within 2 years from date of purchase repair or replace the watch movement if it has a manufacturing defect. The Warranty does not cover theft, loss or consequences of natural disasters, damage resulting from accidents (shocks, knocks, dents, etc.), alteration or damage resulting from unauthorized servicing, mistreatment or improper use. In order to be valid, the warranty card must be presented being fully completed and signed by an approved Meshberg Timepieces dealer.
